Job title: 
Associate Consultant

Employment:  Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Travel:  Occasional UK and International Travel

Location:  Commutable distance to Skelmersdale, Hybrid/Remote work

As an Associate, you will kick-start your journey into supply chain, IT, and tech consultancy which offers rewarding and fulfilling work, and where exceptional career progression can be achieved. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you’ll receive personalised coaching and support whilst upskilling in ERP solution design, system configuration and Supply Chain Planning business processes.


Who We're Looking For
Whether you're a recent university graduate who has studied a supply chain focused degree, have prior supply chain experience and knowledge, or are seeking a career change, our Associate Academy welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and a hunger for growth. Designed to offer meaningful career pathways, our programme is tailored to nurture early careers and provide purpose-driven roles within the SAP landscape.


Exposure to SAP would be beneficial but we are looking for talent individuals that have a keen interest in the supply chain industry. The role is ideal for a candidate who wants a mixture of a client facing and technical role.


In your role as an Associate Consultant, your learning and development will be supported by the Academy Programme, which typically takes 12 months, where upon successful completion you will be promoted.


As part of the Associate Academy, you can expect

  • Experiential training and immersive, project-based learning in a supportive environment.

  • Soft skills development through our structured internal training programmes.

  • Visiting and engaging with high-profile clients to advise on best fit SAP/ERP software supply chain solutions.

  • Playing a role as part of a project team on various software supply chain implementation projects.

  • Working under the guidance of a mentor who will support you throughout the programme.

  • Building an understanding of the technical elements of SAP software including testing and configuration.

  • Learning to conduct business analysis by understanding client business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.

Job requirements

To thrive in our Associate Academy, you should possess:

  • An enthusiasm for addressing supply chain business challenges.

  • An interest in supply chain and logistics.

  • A knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not required.

  • Ability to be customer-focused and a desire to be seen as a trusted advisor.

  • A self-starter with great interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of system and business analysis would be advantageous.


We operate a hybrid working model, which means a mixture of homeworking, office and customer site visits. Successful candidates must possess a driver’s licence, live within a commutable distance of our Skelmersdale, Lancashire office and expect to spend 2-3 days in the office per week. The start date for this role will be October 1st 2025.
