Location: North West, England (Hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the office)
Travel: Occasional
Basic salary: Excellent basic salary, based on experience and qualifications.

The Role Overview
We’re seeking a Head of People to join our Senior Leadership Team to drive culture, shape communities, champion wellbeing, lead people change, and own the people strategy as we continue to grow.
In this strategic role, you will lead our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), develop future leaders through our Associate Academy and succession planning, oversee talent acquisition, manage retention and enhance colleague engagement.
This is a truly strategic and hands-on position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team, and a People team to:
Contribute as a key member of the SLT, ensuring HR is central to company strategy and decision-making.
Lead and develop the HR function, building on established processes, policies and systems.
Oversee talent acquisition and retention, ensuring we attract, select, and keep the very best people for our business.
Lead the people strategy to support our ambitious growth plans.
Lead through people change, ensuring colleagues are supported and engaged during periods of transformation.
Ensure the development of our people through learning, leadership development, and succession planning.
Shape our EVP so that rewards, recognition and benefits remain competitive and aligned with our values.
Own the HR technology strategic roadmap, ensuring technology and data insights enhance the employee experience, optimise HR processes, and enable informed, strategic decision-making.
Champion our culture of care and community, ensuring inclusivity, fairness and fun are part of daily life at TCT.
Job requirements
About you
We’re looking for a people-focused leader who brings both strategic vision and hands-on HR expertise. You’ll have:
You’ll be an experienced HR/People leader with the vision, influence and empathy to shape culture and strategy while supporting growth.
Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally at senior management or SLT level.
A strong track record of building inclusive, people-first cultures and communities.
Knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to adapt to global contexts.
Experience in developing HR strategies that align with ambitious business goals.
Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, and to influence across all levels of the business.
CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) and commitment to ongoing professional development.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar SAP/ERP/SaaS consulting environment.
Above all, you’ll bring integrity, empathy, and a genuine belief in the value of people.
